Refund policy

At Another Vintage Wholesale, we strive to provide the highest quality vintage goods, and our refund policy is designed with fairness in mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. As a business-to-business company, we are not obligated to provide refunds, but we will handle return requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Have a valid reason for the return
  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Return the item in the same condition it was received: unchanged, unaltered, undamaged, and unused, with tags (if applicable), and in the exact quantity of the original order.

Please note: We keep records of all shipments, and we will inspect the returned items for any discrepancies. Any inconsistencies between the items returned and those originally sent will result in a denied refund.

Mis-Grades

We have a very low mis-grade rate of only 5%-10%. However, in the rare case that the mis-grade rate exceeds this margin, you will receive a full refund, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will never be left without recourse due to a mis-grade.

Return Process

If your return is accepted:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to return the item
  • We will provide you with a return address and instructions for shipping
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Once the return is processed and accepted, you will receive a credit note to use on future purchases on our site.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a credit note. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@anothervintagewholesaler.com.

Pre-Order Deposits

Please note that deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable. Deposits are a commitment to the purchase and compensate for marketing costs, time, and resources already invested. If you cancel a pre-order before the final payment is collected, the deposit will not be refunded. This is standard practice, and we appreciate your understanding. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and no refunds will be issued to those who act inappropriately.
